As your Portland Personal Trainer and as a elderly client you will learn to do wall push ups on a wall.
  1. Just stand back about 1 foot from the wall with your feet apart with your hands at shoulder length on the wall.
  2. Lean into the wall pushing off doing a wall push up.
  3. Do about 10-20 reps 3-6 sets with 20-90 second rest in between sets.
