SPIDERMAN PLANK EXERCISE FOR CORE

So start in a plank position with your body in a straight line with back straight and both elbows bent and under your shoulders with pointed toes while sucking in your stomach, bring your right knee to your right elbow. Then extend your right leg back and return to the starting position. Then do the same thing on the left side. So while sucking your stomach, do both sides like 10-15 times for each side.
Rest about 10-30 seconds 3-6 sets depending on your fitness level.
