DOING THE WHEEL BARREL EXERCISE FOR YOUR CHEST
You need 2 people to make this exercise work.
The spotter holds the persons legs up high and inverted while the person doing the exercise walks on their hands working the chest. So the 2 will both walk a good 100 or more feet isolating the chest for the exerciser and to add even more chest, once done with the wheel barrel start doing push ups, do about 10-30 push ups. Rest 30-90 seconds doing 3-6 sets.
